Make it easy to read

Double space lines

Use big print (fonts)

• Forget fancy scripts or fancy fonts

Use a clean background

• Have you ever seen printing on top of a picture?
• Have you ever seen printing on top of basketweave?

Do not use multicolors

Break long sentences up

• Use a carriage return at periods
• Use a carriage return at most commas
• Use a carriage return at select prepositions

Check spelling

Check subject - verb agreement

Do not use contractions. (Just Don't)
