This sounds like the USA is destroyed by atomic weapons

Merchants are getting rich on American dollars

When the Rapture happens

it will be worldwide economic collapse

(It may collapse before the rapture

hyper-inflation

but certainly if the USA is gone)

Assume that this is the United States

It looks like atomic weapons

Total destruction "in one hour"

Russia is threatening to use atomic weapons (2024)

the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins,

and that ye receive not of her plagues.

This looks like the rapture

shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine;

she shall be utterly burned with fire:

shall bewail her, and lament for her,

when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

Standing afar off for the fear of her torment,

in one hour is thy judgment come.

Even if one man was left, he could make a candle.

in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints,

and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Problem: Will the United States kill prophets and saints?
