Make it easy to read
Double space lines
Use big print (fonts)
- Forget fancy scripts or fancy fonts
Use a clean background

Do not use multicolors
Break long sentences up
- Use a carriage return at periods
- Use a carriage return at most commas
- Use a carriage return at select prepositions
Check spelling
Check subject - verb agreement
