UNHOLY TRINITY

Revelation 16:13-16

There is a Divine trinity,

composed of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Inasmuch as Satan is a great counterfeiter,

you can expect him to seek to counter with his own trinity.

This he does as described in these verses.

The Great Tribulation Period we have been studying

will end with the Battle of Armageddon,

and the defeat of the Anti-Christ and his forces.

Several other passages could well be studied in this connection.

Rev.14: 14-20, and Rev.19: 17-21 are the two most important ones.

Let us see several things about this unholy trinity.

1. THEIR ORIGIN

A. One comes out of the mouth of the dragon (Devil).

B. One comes out of the mouth of the Beast (Anti-Christ).

C. The other comes out of the mouth of the false prophet.

D. This might be described as Satan's threefold attack upon the world.

1. Out of the mouth of the dragon - his attack on the home.

a. He has succeeded in corrupting the morals of the home.

b. Domestic life of the home is ruined.

c. Religions life of the home is shattered.

2. His attack on the State - out of the mouth of the Beast.

a. This is being done now.

b. Centralize authority in one man.

c. Regimitizes business and industry.

d. Administers Government by bureaus.

e. Advocates collective ownership.

3. The attack on the church - out of the mouth of the false prophet.

a. Seeks to break down all doctrinal barriers.

b. Ridicules small groups who refuse to bow down.

c. Seeks by unionism to bring all into one camp.

II. THE TRINlTY.

A. They are spirits of devils.

He empowers and sends them forth.

B. They are miracle workers.

Use this method to get men to worship them.

III. THEIR WORK.

A. Work among the kings of the earth.

Use many methods to do this.

B. Unify the armies of the world

to bring them to the Battle of Armageddon.

C. Five great questions concerning this battle.

1. When will it be fought?

Answer: At the close of the Great Tribulation,

when Jesus comes with the armies of heaven following after Him, Rev.19:1l-16.

2. Where will it be fought?

Answer: Land of Palestine, Zech.12: -4,14:1-3.

3. What is th cause of this battle?

Answer: The Jews and the falth they carry back to Jerusalem, Isa.43:1- .

4. Who will be the leaders?

Answer: Christ and the Anti-Christ.

5. What will he result be?

Answer: To know the leaders is tp know the result, Rev. 19: 17-19.

CONCLUSION: Can we see at least a type

of this unholy Trinity at work today?

Why all the talk about one world, one language

and one medium of exchange?

All these things are making ready for this day.
