Baptists are not Protestant.
True Baptists have never been a part of the Catholic church,
and have been in existance continually since Jesus established the church
during his personal ministry.
There are many people using the Baptist name,
but are not the true church.
Some Protestant churches use Baptist,
even some Calvinist use Baptist, which is a conflicting term.
