Great tribulation

beginning of sorrows

there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

The saints and churches are raptured.

7 years of tribulation after the rapture

The antichrist will make a covenant with many (Jews)

27 "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:..." (7 years)

"and in the midst of the week" (3.5 years)

"he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,..." Daniel 9.27

War in Heaven

"people ... shall destroy the city and the sanctuary;"

"and the end thereof shall be with a flood,"

15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman,

that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth,

and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
